In this journey, you will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery through a variety of holistic and artistic mediums, including drawing, writing, movement and guided meditation.
This is a group in person process created and guided by Expressive arts therapist Hosanna De Linares.
This process is designed for individuals with an honest interest in self-discovery. Age 16 and up.
This is a 4 week journey with 1 meeting a week.
